About this centre

Auckland has come to dominate as New Zealand's commercial centre and opening there in 2007 is Regus, Shortland Street Centre. The centre occupies the ground level in the AXA Building - a well known building housing prominent companies such as Ernst and Young. The centre has an office area and a large conference room that can seat up to 120 people. It also has two picturesque terraces. The centre is located within the legal precinct and is adjacent to the financial district and is within 5 minutes walk to the wharf.

By Road:
    New Zealand Highway 1 links Auckland to the north and south and has direct exit ramps into Auckland City. Queen Street, the main street of Auckland is well sign posted and runs from the main motorway from the south and continues north through the CBD down to the Auckland waterfront. Shortland Street is the third last street on your right before coming to the end of Queen St.

    From Auckland Airport, go straight onto the Southwestern Motorway. After 3.2 km go straight on to Hugh Watt Drive for 1.4 km. Take exit for Queenstown Road on the right. Continue onto Pah Road and after 2.4 km straight on to Manukau Road. After 2.7 km go left onto Alpers Ave and then right onto Gillies Ave. After .20 km go left on to Southern Motorway. After .8km go left on to Symonds St exit and straight through to Port exit. After .6 km go left at exit to Alten Road and straight onto Waterloo Quadrant. Turn right into Princess St then left into Shortland St.

By Air:
    Auckland’s main airport is the Auckland International Airport. It is located in South Auckland. Once you have landed and cleared customs at the Airport it is approximately a 40 minute drive to the centre of Auckland. There are many ways to get from the airport to Auckland Central. One of the most common ways is to use an Airbus shuttle.

By Public Transport:
    • A number of shuttle companies offer direct access to the Auckland CBD and leading hotels.
    It is advisable to arrange a taxi from the main airport terminals direct into the Auckland CBD.
